E-Tourism Frontiers held a training seminar in Digital Tourism Marketing with Macau Tourism in June. Working with a select group of tourism professionals the seminar looked at not just online marketing but how to diversify the product offering for the destination to attract a broader audience.
Held in partnership with TripAdvisor the seminar taught attendees how to better use digital platforms and social media for the marketing and management of their businesses, and how create, publish and target content to the right clients. The seminar covered the latest technologies and platforms including TripAdvisor, Facebook Live, Instagram, Snapchat, Stories and more.
More advanced marketing master classes are now being planned to be held later in 2017.
